Thoroughbreds Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to ticket purchases made on the website ("Website") for the Royal Thomian Cricket Encounter ("Event") taking place at the Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) on March 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2025, by registered members of Thoroughbreds ("Members").

1. General

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All ticket purchases are non-transferable, and refunds will be subject to the rules set out in Section 2.
• All ticket purchases are subject to the laws of Sri Lanka and the Terms & Conditions set out by the Thoroughbreds Committee.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellation: If the Event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, a full refund (excluding the service charge) will be issued to all ticket holders.
• Technical Issues: If a technical issue on the Website prevents a member from completing a legitimate ticket purchase, a full refund will be issued for the affected transaction.
• Duplicate Purchase: If a member accidentally purchases duplicate tickets, funds for only one ticket will be refunded.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, Members must contact the Event organizers within 7 days of the purchase or within 7 days of the event being cancelled. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@thoroughbreds.lk and include the following information:

• Member Name
• School
• Registered ID
• Mobile number (used at the time of registration)
• Order Number/Reference
• Reason for Refund Request
• Copy of Ticket Receipt

The Event organizers will review all refund requests and make a determination within 14 days of receiving the request. If the refund is approved, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

By purchasing tickets for the Royal Thomian Cricket Encounter, Members acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy.
